My name

Sunrise, magic, enchantment.

Sehrish is a name of Persian and Urdu origin - one of the first things people notice about me, and one of the questions I get most often. It draws from roots linked to morning light (sahar) and to charm or wonder (sehr).

How I work

I lean on qualitative research (interviews, observation, co-design) and iterate quickly through wireframes and prototypes. Usability testing matters more to me than polished mockups early on; watching someone get stuck tells you more than asking if the flow makes sense.

I'm especially drawn to problems around belonging, access, and everyday habits — the small frictions that keep people from showing up, connecting, or making a change they already care about.

If you're building something that has a real impact on people's lives, I'd love to talk.
